When you contact us, we want to know whether you are planning a retail bedding collection, hotel replenishment or a baby range. A reference image is useful for style, but it does not tell us the dimensions, fabric or care conditions. We prefer to separate what you like visually from what the product needs to do.
We ask you to break the quantities down by size and colour. We also want the composition, relevant fabric weight and any finishing or packaging preferences. If some decisions are still open, say so: we can discuss them instead of letting a vague description stand in for an agreed specification.
Tell us which samples, certificates or test reports your market requires. We want those requirements to refer to the final design and material. A category image is not a compliance document, and we do not use it as one. Availability and scope need to be confirmed for the project.
Before an order is agreed, we want quantities, specifications, sample approval, timing and delivery responsibilities to be explicit. Minimum quantities and commercial conditions depend on the project; we do not give a universal promise on this page. Send us your destination and target schedule so the discussion has a concrete basis.
